Start in three steps
- Download the app for your computer. Open the EXE on Windows, extract the app on Mac, or extract the executable on Linux.
- Let first setup finish, then choose Connect for news review. Sign in, match the device code, and accept the upload notice.
- Select a recording and supported creator. The transcript saves locally as evidence. Local AI rewrites it into a news article before sending it to the administrator’s private review queue.
The AI-written article, original transcript text, titles, source links and required creator label are uploaded. Video and audio files stay on your computer. Nothing becomes public until an administrator approves the article.
First setup downloads the free runtime, speech engine and local news-writing model. Allow 9 GB disk space and 8 GB RAM; close other large apps during processing. Speech and news models run one at a time. NVIDIA GPU setup downloads about 1.1 GB of verified libraries once. Mac and other computers use CPU processing. No paid transcription API is used.
Restricted links may need an authorized local copy. Machine transcripts can be wrong; administrators must verify quotes, claims, context and speakers.
